How was 2022 with HHO gas?
In short, 2022 was the most incredible year of my entire life. None of what happened was planned or predictable in any way. The whole development swept me along like a huge wave. It started out quite inconspicuously…
After I had installed the Portugal generator in my car in November 2021, simply because I really wanted to know whether it was really capable of reducing the consumption of my car when driving fast with the addition of HHO gas, the development took its course. In January of this year, I organised a workshop in a small circle and reported on my experiences so far and also helped three friends to install the technology in their vehicles. After a tip about the Neue Energie Technologien Journal (thanks to Carsten!) caught my attention and I actually just wanted to subscribe to this great magazine, the editors published a cover story about our little event. But what I didn’t expect at all was that it was just getting started. Adolf and Inge Schneider asked if I could report on the topic of „HHO gas in cars“ at a conference in Schaffhausen and Stuttgart. Undecided whether I should really do it, since I had just got into the subject of HHO myself and I didn’t see myself as an expert by a long shot, I agreed after some thought. „It’s only a small circle in Schaffhausen“ seemed like a small-scale meeting to me. When I then stood in Schaffhausen the evening before and the Schneiders presented the lecture room to me, I felt rather queasy. 70 guests were planned and I had only put together a presentation to the best of my knowledge and belief, summarising the most important findings for me. In addition, during the lunch break I was supposed to carry out a HHO installation in one of the participants‘ vehicles, which also interested half the hall. In the evening, the acid test was passed and I was glad that we had dinner in Schaffhausen. On top of that, I met some exciting people in Schaffhausen and was thrilled by the great atmosphere. After all, I had completely left my familiar IT consulting environment and was standing in front of a larger audience for the first time in my life. No sooner were we on our way back than the next congress in Zurich was fixed and so it went on. What kind of offer could I make to the participants so that they could also have a generator installed in their vehicle, was the question that often came up now. To be honest, I hadn’t thought about it yet. It all happened so quickly. I briefly assessed what might make sense, which generator versions were available and how much effort would be required for the individual adaptation. This led to the „workshop packages“ without chip, with „chip with screen“ and with chip without screen. After the Zurich workshop, where five HHO installations took up time until half past eleven in the evening, I received harsh criticism. From a „marketing point of view“ I was „much too expensive“ and purchasing should be much cheaper was a response from my lecture, where I used a demo generator for the first time to explain the components. I asked whether the questioner had also taken into account that I had in the meantime completely replaced the three „Portugal generators“ that had been installed initially and had equipped them with the Ireland generator at my own expense and had also borne the installation costs. Unfortunately, I had not received any more answers from „Ewald“. After each event I now received enquiries as to whether I could also hold a workshop here and there and the „workshop format“ began to establish itself. I could not yet foresee what a mammoth task I had saddled myself with. Then, when any normal person (and, for example, a new start-up from southern Germany) would have chosen just one engine to be equipped with a HHO generator and then optimised it in up to 3 years of work in test operation, I propagated that this technology would in principle work in every vehicle and model. In countless discussions with the manufacturer and after my own research, I was now 100% convinced that these HHO generators could filter pollutants by up to 90% or more through optimised combustion, completely clean the inside of the engine and also ensure a significant reduction in fuel consumption. For me, it was (and still is) just a question of setting up the vehicle correctly. The questions here are where do I feed the HHO gas, what is the concentration of the electrolyte KOH and with what watt or
amperage I have to drive the generator that come up again and again. While in the early days the settings were made by lengthening or shortening cables to change the resistance (and thus the amount of HHO gas production), a remote control has since been used to adjust the settings variably per vehicle. This now exists in the 3rd version and we can use it to more precisely adjust the settings for vehicles with petrol and diesel engines. In order to find the ideal values for each vehicle more quickly, I had in the meantime also created an exchange possibility for all workshop participants, because, as I always like to say, „the fun begins AFTER the installation of the HHO generators“. Again and again there were setbacks in the organisation of the workshops. Sometimes the delivery time was delayed by several weeks due to a lack of material, so that my planning was completely thrown off track. Then, suddenly and without notice, exclusive conditions were cancelled and prices increased by 50%. Since I had to pay for every order completely in advance and had to „collect“ all workshop bookings from my side first, in the end I didn’t even know the price at which I would subsequently get the HHO kits. Due to the chip crisis, I was able to secure the last 20 „chips with screen“ worldwide and give them to the workshop participants accordingly. An attempt to organise these chips from other sources turned out to be a fake. The ever-growing community did not let itself be discouraged by various setbacks and today own tinkerer groups have formed at various locations, which conduct research and make their valuable knowledge available to other members. I am also always amazed at the capacities that approach me and encourage me to continue. Several times I have heard from each of these experts that „adding HHO gas to normal engines is the way to go“. I am very grateful to these experts for this appreciation and am glad that I, as a simple „person of practice“, am allowed to follow this path. In the meantime, I am so busy organising workshops and supporting workshop participants that I can’t do anything else. Since I have been doing all the organisation, support, ordering etc. on my own up to now, I notice clearly how the limits have now been reached. Mails are piling up and the delivery of upgrades is more time-consuming than expected. A 2-week outage, like just now before Christmas, showed me this very clearly. Since I had the opportunity to test my car on a professional test bench for a whole day before the last workshop in Hamburg this year, in addition to the water energisation, I have now also documented the latest findings. The difference „without“ to „with“ HHO generator is exactly 12.5% for my diesel vehicle. At the same time, during several 15-minute test drives at a constant speed of 90km/h, we found that fuel consumption settles at a minimum of 3.5 litres per 100km. These findings were a brilliant end to the year for me! But that was not enough. On the nightly drive to the test stand, I was able to further test the previously new test installation „flow optimisation“ extensively in practice. After more than 2000 kilometres, the car drives completely differently. Already at revs of 1200-1500 revs there is a power that is normally only present at around 2000 revs. It feels as if all resistance has been removed from the vehicle and it drives with an absolute „lightness“. Accelerating from 140km/h, the car pulls up to well over 200km/h and just recently I was able to document 214km/h via GPS measurement (With a factory specification of 201km/h). Thanks to my „chip with screen“ connected to the OBD (On Board Diagnostic Interface), I saw values of 335hp (standard 224hp) and over 700Nm (standard: 440Nm) during acceleration. These experiences have persuaded me to include two versions of „flow optimisation“ in the new workshop package. And as a gift, all customers until 06 January 2023 will even receive the „STROPT 1“ package worth 449CHF free of charge in addition to their basic package. I have also received many requests from people who want to install their generator themselves and need help. Therefore, I have created a new product in which I share the theoretical basics and give detailed help with installation, operation and optimisation in one event. On top of that, participants receive a voucher for 20% discount on the purchase of a generator package from the manufacturer (as long as available).
